By accessing or using the Tembekasua platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, including farmers, vendors, investors, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Tembekasua provides a blockchain-secured marketplace infrastructure that enables African farmers to list produce, connect with verified buyers, and receive secure payments. Our platform includes farm intelligence monitoring, automated escrow services, and pension fund management for farmers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Marketplace Transactions

All transactions on the Tembekasua marketplace are facilitated through smart contracts. Buyers' payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed by logistics partners. Platform fees are automatically deducted, and a portion of each transaction contributes to the farmer's pension fund.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Listing fraudulent or misrepresented products
  • Manipulating prices or market conditions
  • Attempting to bypass escrow or payment systems
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harassing or defrauding other users

6. Intellectual Property

The Tembekasua platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tembekasua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
